PRESCHOOL Accepts children 18 months to 5 years old. AFTERSCHOOL We offer programs for children ranging from Transitional Kindergarten to High School.

You can enroll for a tour on our website. PRESCHOOL We are available from 9AM to 4:30PM for tours. AFTERSCHOOL Please keep in mind the hours 2PM through 4:30PM are our busiest with students being picked up and dropped off at E-Plex.

PRESCHOOL POLICY: AFTERSCHOOL POLICY: All tuition and registration fees are NON-refundable. A deposit is mandatory to hold your space. When there is no deposit on file, a new registration must be completed with the registration fee. A withdrawal notice is required two weeks before the withdrawal date to be in effect.

Most programs do not have any prerequisites. But some like Math Club or the Edu+ program may have diagnostic tests to ascertain recommended skill levels, which are outlined in the program descriptions.

Instructors at E-PLEX are carefully selected based on their expertise, experience, and passion for education. They undergo thorough training to deliver high-quality instruction. PRESCHOOL All preschool teachers are fingerprinted and approved to work with students of the preschool age. All Instructors have basic safety and emergency training along with in-depth education in Early Childhood Education.

Yes, E-PLEX provides support for students with special needs or accommodations to ensure they thrive in our programs.

All of our programs from Afterschool to AMS (Academy, Music, Sports) can be disenrolled from at the students choice with a minimum 2 weeks notice.

PRESCHOOL Once a family has toured our campus and paid the deposit for registration, we will provide a registration packet for the family to fill out. Once filled out with all necessary paperwork, we will assist you one-on-one through the onboarding process. AFTERSCHOOL All of our programs from Afterschool to AMS can be enrolled into starting the next day. We are able to cater parents and students needs without a delay. Some programs may require a later start date due to its progression.

No make-up or reductions in tuition for any missed group lessons. Private lessons require a 24-hour advance notice to reschedule.

Pick-up from school, Homework help, Test Preparation, Project Assistance, Genius Packets(Review Packet), and Reading Club tests are all included within the Afterschool Tuition rate.
